Our Services

Is to provide Fire Safety Submission Plan Approval for our clients to the Singapore Civil Defence Force(SCDF) Fire Safety and Shelter Department (FSSD), to obtain the necessary approval certs such as Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) or Acceptance Letter.

FSSD Building Plan (BP)

Qualified Person (QP) to design Architectural Plan in accordance with the provisions of the code of practice for the fire precautions in buildings.

Some of the areas fire safety design includes – Means of Escape Requirements, Determinations of Exit Requirements, Special Requirements for Person with Disabilities (PWDs), Requirements of Emergency lighting and hose reel. Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) will be awarded with the successful submission of FSSD BP Plan.

FSSD Fire Plan (FP)

Qualified Person (QP) to design Fire Protection Plan in accordance with the provisions of the code of practice for the fire precautions in buildings.

Some of the areas Fire Protection Design includes – Automatic Sprinkler System, Electrical Fire Alarm System and Total Flooding systems. Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) will be awarded with the successful submission of FSSD FP Plan.

Minor Additions & Alterations(MAA)

Qualified Person (QP) to design
Architectural and Fire Protection under a single plan in accordance with the provisions of the code of

practice for the fire precautions in buildings. The lodgement scheme is only applicable to minor alterations and additions to individual units. Acceptance Letter will be awarded for successful MAA lodgement
